Build & Grow Relationships

The best policies are based on data-driven research, using engaged, diverse stakeholders and by fostering thought that motivates people to think regionally. It is a process that CREC has done successfully since 2009, and it has helped expand our client base and grow communities. Clients vary from single municipalities and private-sector firms:

• Cities • Think tanks
• States • National organizations

Client Profile

Fort Bragg Regional Task Force

The Fort Bragg Regional Alliance represents eleven counties and 73 municipalities that are planning and preparing for the significant impact on its communities due to growth and other changes originating from Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 2005 actions in and around Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base.

During the next several years, this area will see gains of 40,000 military and civilian personnel and their families as the Army moves the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) and U.S. Army Forces Command from Fort McPherson, Ga, to Fort Bragg. These actions require planning and preparation to maximize the benefits for North Carolina and the region.
